Just as Arnold is learning about himself in the book, your job here is to present an image of yourself.
Create a self portrait, either by sketching it by hand, drawing it using a computer program like Paint, or taking photos or images from the web and combining at least two. Your self portrait should show something about your personality or what you like. Basically, you could portray anything about yourself you would like to. Then post your self portrait on the page that corresponds to your class, with your name under it.
If you sketch, you must use a scanner to get the image on the computer. There is one in the Mac Lab if you wish to use it.
If you create your self portrait using photos, you must combine at least two. DO NOT take a photo and post it without changing it at all.
If you use images from the web, make sure the copyright allows editing and use. Also, make sure to include bibliographic citations under your self portrait when you post it. Again, with images from the web you must combine at least two, which means you should have two or more bibliographic entries. DO NOT take an image from the internet and post it without changing it. To start searching for images on the web, see the list of suggested websites on the Image Project page.
